Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per yearJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor Life, Health to join our team. As a key member of our insurance sales team, you will be responsible for providing integrated life insurance planning and advice to clients. This includes developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Your drive to understand the full-suite of RBC Insurance Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, & Wealth products enables you to provide valuable solutions to clients based on their needs. You will work closely with internal partners to deepen client relationships through effective opportunity spotting and honest sales practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Post-secondary degree or equivalent
- Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and strong ambition to succeed
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before the start date
- 1-2+ years' professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry
- An existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
- Resources and support to develop your client portfolio and advance your career goals
