As a Retail Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing superior experiences to our valued customers, engaging them in conversation to understand their needs and desires, presenting merchandise, sharing detailed information about features and benefits, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This includes base pay plus commission on sales, medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance (full-time team members), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), paid Time Off (full-time and part-time team members), paid holidays (full-time team members), tuition reimbursement, training programs, merchandise discounts, incentive trips, and contests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
  • Presentation and communication of merchandise and services to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide detailed information to customers
  • Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
  • Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication and relational skills
