Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Support Coordinator to join our team at ABM College. This role will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient compliance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support for compliance-related activities, including filing documents and managing electronic tracking sheets.
  • Assess student records to ensure regulatory and internal requirements are met; collaborate with other departments to resolve identified issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Superior attention to detail and data integrity skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a compliance or educational environment.
  • Strong moral code and sense of ethics, ensuring integrity in all administrative and compliance activities.
  • Experience with data entry, managing databases, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining compliance requirements to staff and management.
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a competitive compensation opportunity, with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
