">Responsibilities:
- Promote and support the implementation of policies, procedures, and collective agreements within the organization.
- Conduct thorough employee investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties to ensure fair outcomes.
- Collaborate with leaders to resolve issues related to collective agreement interpretation, policy implementation, and procedure adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior role supporting leadership teams.
- Proven expertise in policy compliance, investigation management, and corporate program delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with executives and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle complex situations and confidential information.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
