SABRE seeks a seasoned professional to drive its compliance and quality management initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading internal controls and ensuring adherence to high standards of health, safety, and environment protocols, as well as quality management system and ISO certification.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for a highly organized and strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex systems. Your primary responsibility will be to administer SABRE's quality management system (QMS) to ensure continued compliance with the current ISO 9001 standard, internal policies, and applicable statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate client and/or third-party audits as required and develop implementation plans for corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain QMS documents, monitor performance, and assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Design and coordinate training programs for group and individual employees to ensure consistent compliance with QMS policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of controlled and non-controlled documents and data, guiding others to ensure adherence to Sabre's record management policies.

In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills. If you have a strong background in HSE experience, including COR program auditing and development, and possess competence in ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks, this role would be an excellent fit.
