Executive Culinary Lead

Ramen Danbo seeks an experienced Executive Culinary Lead to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to lead our kitchen team and play a key role in the success of our restaurant.
About the Role- This position is responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and culinary expertise, with experience in high-volume kitchens.
- We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $60,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
- Estimate food costs, plan menus, and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, provide guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and delivery.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and developing staff.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software and systems.
