Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to enhance menu offerings and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of menu items and promotions.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of menu engineering, inventory management, and labor cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
