Job Title: Condominium Site Administrator - Limited Licence OpportunityJob Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced condominium administrator to work in a high rise complex in Brampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in condominium administration and a valid limited licence from the CMRAO.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service to condominium residents and owners.
  2. Communicate effectively with condominium stakeholders, including residents, owners, and other professionals.
  3. Manage condominium finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  4. Oversee daily operations of the condominium complex, including maintenance and repairs.
  5. Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid limited licence from the CMRAO.
  • Extensive experience in condominium administration.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
