We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Professional to join our team at ENA2 Innovative Consulting Inc.

The ideal candidate will excel at identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and establishing long-term client relationships.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for helping clients unlock the potential of innovative engineering tools and services.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell ENA2's software solutions and engineering consulting services to new and existing clients.
- Grow sales among existing customers through exceptional support and introducing new or existing products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining a strong sales funnel.
- Prepare plans and strategies to achieve company sales goals and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded through effective communication and delivery.
- Travel to meet with current and potential customers and attend industry events.
- Conduct post-proposal evaluations and client debriefs to gain insights for improving the proposal process.
- Facilitate technical presentations and discussions to showcase the value of ENA2's products and services.
- Tailor solutions to client needs by working closely with internal teams to align deliverables.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including executive summaries, project descriptions, and supporting documents such as CVs and qualification summaries.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies and profitability analyses, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
- Analyze monthly sales reports and collaborate with management to refine and adapt the strategic sales plan.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market challenges and opportunities.
- Work closely with ENA2's delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Align personal and team efforts with the company's strategic targets and objectives.
$120,000 per year (estimated), depending on experience.
