With a focus on customer satisfaction, this role involves creating and executing business development strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and prospecting
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of business development processes and sales strategies

Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $800-$1200 per week, with uncapped commission and regular performance bonuses. High-performing individuals can earn up to $2000 per week. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including on-site parking and flexible work arrangements.
