Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and productivity.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, promoting efficiency and consistency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing excellent customer service.
  • Answer electronic enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, analyzing data and presenting findings effectively.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, managing resources wisely.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, offering warm hospitality.
  • Provide customer service, resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Client focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
