Sales Director Healthcare and Corporate Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice-President Sales Healthcare and Corporate Services to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for the Healthcare and Corporate Services segments in Canada. This includes setting winning deal strategies, defining strong value propositions, designing complex and/or technical solutions, setting the pricing strategy, and developing competitive proposals to address client needs and drive improved conversion and win rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create strategies to attain growth and retention targets, including the creation and deployment of go-to-market campaigns and marketing initiatives for the segments.
- Design complex and/or technical solutions, utilizing innovation to create value and differentiate Sodexo from competitors.
- Participate in the development of long-term strategic growth plans, including identifying potential future markets and understanding market trends.
- Lead a team of sales individuals, ensuring the development, mentorship, assignment of projects, and performance management.
Requirements:
- A post-secondary degree or a graduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years' experience in senior sales roles, preferably in B2B & B2C healthcare, business, or public environments, including RFP experience.
- 5+ years leading high-functioning sales teams.
- Strategic and operational agility, clear understanding of the market, and the ability to translate marketing insights into winning propositions.
- Proven ability to create and operationalize long-term strategic plans.
- Innovative leader with a growth mindset.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams throughout the Global network.
