Sales Director Healthcare and Corporate Services Lead

Sodexo Canada Ltd is a leading provider of food services, facilities management, and retail services. We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Healthcare and Corporate Services team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Developing value propositions and solutions to meet client needs
- Leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the healthcare and corporate services sectors, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in B2B and B2C healthcare and business environments
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
