At Interprovincial Corrosion Control Company Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Support Coordinator to join our team. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and files
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or service areas
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
