Job Overview
At DLL, we're seeking a detail-oriented Leasing and Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to complete retail transactions system adjustments, audits, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise adherence to credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure accurate completion of responsibilities while meeting customer turnaround-timing commitments.
- Manage administrative issues and delinquency items.
- Complete Third-Party Audits as outlined in DLL policies and procedures.
- Reconcile, bill, and collect Retail Subsidy programs, including collection and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Master Third-Party Billing spreadsheet.
- Complete timely and accurate finance-related reconciliations and updates monthly.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years leasing or financing experience, preferably in transaction closing activities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail and meeting set deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas).

Estimated Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
