Regional President Support Specialist

This role provides professional complex administrative and advanced support services for the Canada Regional President (RP). The successful candidate will oversee two or more administrative assistants and act as the primary liaison between the president and his in-country reports, executive peers, organizations, vendors, consultants, and other internal and external contacts.
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the most efficient use of RP's time, prioritizing daily workflow and contacts, and anticipating and preparing daily schedules. This role also involves arranging complex travel plans, compiling documents, and reconciling corporate credit card accounts.
This position has access to sensitive and highly confidential information, requiring discretion, sound judgment, and professional conduct at all times.
