Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Client Experience Director to lead our High Jewelry sales efforts in Canada. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top clients to drive new business opportunities and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with retail leaders to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue growth.
  • Create and implement innovative events and experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage local budget and calendar of actions/events to ensure optimal ROI.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury client relations or event management.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas effectively.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with ability to manage and coach a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed within Canada and the US.
