About the Role

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned sales leader who has successfully driven revenue growth from $10M to $50M+ in high-growth industries, particularly within luxury services, landscaping, and/or construction sectors. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for crafting a sophisticated marketing engine that leverages digital tools and data to drive inbound leads and build strong, accountable sales teams.

  • Sales & Marketing Leadership: You will command the sales and marketing strategy with an uncompromising focus on performance and market leadership, leveraging deep industry expertise to dominate the luxury landscaping sector.
  • Aggressive Market Domination: Uncover untapped revenue streams and seize new market opportunities with unyielding determination, relentlessly driving the company's dominance in the industry and outperforming all competitors.
  • Operational Powerhouse: Leverage your expertise to streamline operations aggressively, supercharge sales effectiveness, and optimize the powerful convergence of marketing, lead generation, data analytics, and traditional sales development.

In return for your exceptional leadership, we offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000, plus benefits and a hybrid/remote work opportunity. If you're ready to elevate a leading landscaping brand to new heights, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience within luxury services, landscaping, and/or construction industries
  • Extensive sales and marketing experience, especially in the digital landscape, with a focus on high-growth, client-driven industries
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to scale revenue from $10M to $50M+
