Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 based on industry standards and the location.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings.

You will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries.

Furthermore, you will order office supplies, arrange travel itineraries, and greet clients upon arrival.

As an Executive Support Specialist, you will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
