About the Role

This position involves working closely with families to provide exceptional childcare services, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and engaging activities for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of the children, and collaborating with parents to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized living space
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a steady stock
  • Travel with families on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework
Experience and Specialization

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
