About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at PreCon Precast Limited. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, developers, and the design community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop new relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Implement sales strategies to further develop existing and potential client relationships.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to customers to help them understand the benefits of using pre-cast concrete products.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Track and record sales performance and progress.
  • Represent PreCon Precast Limited at trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel throughout the region as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Persuasive and effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales is considered a strong asset.
  • Working knowledge of 3D modeling software, such as Tekla.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in the precast concrete industry.
