About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at PreCon Precast Limited. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing relationships with contractors, developers, and the design community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to customers to help them understand the benefits of using pre-cast concrete products.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage sales tracking and recording, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Represent PreCon Precast Limited at trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel throughout Ontario as required to meet with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the pre-cast concrete industry.
  • Working knowledge of 3D modeling software, such as Tekla, and CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
