- Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
