  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
