Job Description for Technical Support Analyst

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Provide customer service and troubleshoot technical problems.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of business diagram software, MS Office, and MS Windows.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of technical manuals and user guides.
  • Ability to relocate for this position.
