Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring that their computer systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
