Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Canada Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and participate in the redesign of applications and other software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of new technologies and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 7 months of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and other software applications
