About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including managing promotions, pricing, and menu offerings.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and point of sale systems.
