Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food products.
    • Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and related financial reports to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure optimal pricing and quality.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment is essential.
