- Labour Cost Management: Analyze sales data and labour costs to determine optimal staffing levels, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Staff Performance Management: Provide coaching and feedback to our team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
- Daily Operations Planning: Develop and implement daily operations plans, ensuring that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit and train new staff members, and develop schedules that meet the needs of our business.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support our team members, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our team members, helping them to build their skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations, and that our team members are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, and will be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in areas such as menu planning, labour cost management, and staff performance management.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Certifications: Food service manager certification, Safe Food Handling certificate
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check, reference required
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, organized, team player, ability to multitask
