Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Food Service Helper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as fries and burgers, to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as deep fryers and grills, to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Schedule: 8 to 25 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
