Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Redo's Pizza Donair & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met and exceeded.
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent foodborne illness and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
    • Monitor and control food costs and inventory to maintain profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor and control restaurant finances, including cash handling, inventory, and supplies.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce costs.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management and owners.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
    • Certifications
      • Food service manager certification
      • Safe Food Handling certificate
    • Skills
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
      • Ability to lead and motivate a team
      • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
