We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Barrie, Canada. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide assistance as needed.
- Schedule appointments, manage office calendars, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
