About the Role:

IT/IQ Tech Recruiters is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Calgary market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Sell our recruitment services to prospective clients and secure new business
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to drive search efforts and deliver results

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree
