Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a Corporate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting individual fares and group charters for our Red Arrow, Ebus, and PW Charters brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their service needs and identify opportunities for charter sales.
  • Research and develop partnership opportunities with post-secondary institutions and other organizations to promote our services.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows throughout Alberta to showcase our brands and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
