About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Element Business Development Inc. as a Bicycle Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide expert advice on our bicycle products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Operational Tasks: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and reordering products.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities, such as advertising and product demonstrations, to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
