We are looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team at EMCO Corporation as a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to grow the business in the Industrial Valves & Major Projects segment.

The successful candidate will develop lasting customer relationships, assess customer needs, and generate profitable sales. They will also identify new customers, lead the sales process, analyze customer data, and execute strategies to profitably grow market share.

As a key account sales representative, you will visit customer offices, shops, and job sites to build strong relationships and close deals. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers, including EPCMs, National Construction Accounts, and Large MRO facilities.

This role requires a college or university degree, a minimum of 5 years of industrial and/or key account sales experience, and valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office software and have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Preferred skills include previous experience with or knowledge of valves, industrial PVF, or other relevant industrial sales experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 plus participation in the Westlund Profit Sharing program. The successful candidate will be required to travel up to 70% within the Alberta territory and elsewhere.
