Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, plus a quarterly bonus with uncapped earning potential. We also offer competitive benefits and an employee assistance program.

Job Description

This role involves managing our Account Executive team to drive market growth and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing training programs, conducting performance evaluations, participating in hiring and promotions, and delivering sales presentations to top customers.

You will work closely with General Managers to ensure customer commitments are met and opportunities are captured. Additionally, you will analyze sales statistics and market data to inform sales decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service
  • Minimum 2 years managing sales professionals using an account management approach (prospecting, selling, growing, maintaining, and retaining accounts)
  • KPI Driven
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • A valid driver's license
