Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year

The estimated salary range for this position is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required. However, please note that actual salaries may vary based on individual circumstances.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new leads, manage sales pipelines, and deliver results-driven presentations to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a firm understanding of Toshiba technology and software solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Manage and grow current customers in the territory by identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new customers via cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through data-driven decision making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Experience and success in cold-calling and developing new business, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing and growing existing customer relationships, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client meetings and sales calls.
