Culinary Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at EAT - EAST ATLANTIC TANDOOR as a Culinary Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute special events, including banquets and buffets
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas
- Organize and manage kitchen operations, including inventory and supply management
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
We are looking for someone with expertise in South Indian, Kosher, Thai, East Indian, West Indian, International, and Halal cuisine.
Requirements- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
