Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at EAT - EAST ATLANTIC TANDOOR. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate special events, including buffets and banquets, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, adhering to high culinary standards and dietary requirements.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Organize and manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our cuisine specialties, including South Indian, Kosher, Thai, East Indian, West Indian, International, and Halal options.

- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.

- Ability to adapt to changing menu and event requirements.
