Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at EAT - EAST ATLANTIC TANDOOR. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, including buffets and banquets, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Culinary Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, taking into account customer dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
