Executive Director of Global Sales and Marketing

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead global growth initiatives at Natural Factors.
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to spearhead our global sales and marketing efforts, driving strategic growth and expansion into new markets. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, fostering strong relationships with key customers, trade associations, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies that align with corporate objectives, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive revenue growth.
- Marketing Excellence: Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans, including branding, product positioning, and promotion, to maximize brand visibility and appeal.
- Global Outreach: Develop and execute global outreach strategies, optimizing assets in key countries to drive market share and expand our presence.
- E-commerce and Digital Marketing: Lead ecommerce and digital marketing efforts to enhance Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) engagement, driving sales and brand loyalty.

What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 annually, reflecting your significant contributions to our success.
