We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Vancouver market.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday

You will spend Monday planning and scheduling, and Tuesday to Friday conducting on-site visits to meet with customers and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Prospect for new business
  • Create effective solutions for customers using our 40,000 high-quality products
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $94,000 to $166,000 per year, depending on experience.

Benefits include great pay and bonus programs, company-paid extended health coverage, RRSP with 6% employer match, paid holidays, generous paid time off, internet, mobile phone allowance, and auto mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and great driving record
