About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Paper Education America Inc. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage potential clients and introduce our educational technology products.
  • Clearly articulate the value of our products to assess and align with customer goals, needs, and buying interest.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, calls, and social media to generate interest in our products.
  • Generate interest by creating compelling partnership narratives that address the challenges faced by prospective customers.
  • Overcome customer objections to generate high-quality opportunities for Partnership Managers.
  • Provide a world-class experience for prospects and customers, ensuring a positive first interaction.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, facilitating smooth introductions to Partnership Managers.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs related to qualified opportunities and pipeline progression.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program is a plus.
  • Previous experience in B2B inside sales is a plus.
  • Experience with technology and working in fast-growth start-ups is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to include proficiency in public speaking and delivering effective presentations.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and address unique customer problems.
  • Driven, motivated, and proactive with a self-starting attitude.
  • Skilled at multitasking, taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
