Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our portfolio management framework, ensuring that it is aligned with our business objectives and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and to develop and implement strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, risk management teams, and business partners.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our risk management practices.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, or statistics.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, portfolio management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
