Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled administrative professional to provide exceptional support services to our clients. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Processing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating employee schedules and ensuring seamless workflow
- Communicating effectively with the team and addressing client inquiries
- Performing basic administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF) and other software applications
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferable, but not mandatory
