Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled administrative professional to provide exceptional support services to our clients. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating employee schedules and ensuring seamless workflow
  • Communicating effectively with the team and addressing client inquiries
  • Performing basic administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF) and other software applications
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Bilingualism in English and French is preferable, but not mandatory
