Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at ANB Immigration Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office staff.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones
- Delegate tasks to office staff and establish work priorities
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures
Experience and Specialization:
The successful candidate will have computer and technology knowledge, including electronic mail, social media, spreadsheet software, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Google Drive.
Additional Information:
The role requires the ability to travel regularly and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
