We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ashton Tax. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role and a college diploma or equivalent. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Preparing meeting minutes, reports, and other documents
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
