Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Organized and reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English
