Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator at Papa John's Pizza. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements

  • Organized and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school graduation certificate and relevant experience

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The work schedule will be approximately 30-35 hours per week.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
